Allanah Warren is one of the clinic managers, and lead receptionist at Ohana Medical and Spa. She has been with the practice since 2018.

Allanah grew up in McMinnville and moved to the Warrenton area in 2006 during her sophomore year of high school and has remained in the area since then. She completed high school in 2009. In 2012 she entered the medical field that would set her career path. She worked her way through Assisted Living, starting as a life enrichment coordinator then transitioned into the role of Community Relations Manager. In this position she got to know the medical community and worked closely with local skilled nursing facilities and local hospitals, where she met Dr. Sasaki. During her role as the community relations manager, she won community relations manager of the year, and had many successful community events.

In 2011 Allanah met her husband Alex, a local to the Astoria area, through mutual friends. They were married in 2015. Together they have two children and two blue heelers. When she is not working, she enjoys reading, camping, and spending time with her family and close friends.
